All football bets are settled after the 90 minutes of completion time specified in the match, which includes player injury time. Overtime, knockout matches, penalty kicks and any post-match changes by the referee or relevant governing body will not be counted.

For certain matches or friendlies with a completion time of 80 minutes (2 x 40 minutes), all bets are settled on the full time.

If the finishing time of a junior or friendly match is 70 minutes (2 x 35 minutes) or less, we will make an announcement before the start of the match, otherwise all bets for that match will be voided.

If a race is interrupted or delayed and does not restart within 36 hours, all bets on that race will be considered void and cancelled, unless otherwise specified in the rules for the individual bet type.

If a race is suspended or interrupted within 12 hours of the specified time of kickoff, but at least 90% of the race clock has been completed (e.g. 36 minutes into a race that is set for 40 minutes; or 43 minutes into a race that is set for 48 minutes), the full house bet remains in effect.

Single bet payout: Under normal circumstances, single race bets will be completed within 15 to 30 minutes after the end of the race to confirm the results and return the winnings, some races may take longer to process (such as waivers, race interruptions, etc.).

First Half Payout: Under normal circumstances, first half bets will be completed within 30 minutes of the end of the first half, some events may take longer to process (such as waivers, interruptions in the event, etc.).

Combo Parlay Payout: Under normal circumstances, the payout will be made within 2 hours after the official announcement of the results, some events may take longer to process (e.g. waiver, event interruption, etc.).

When a member is betting on a live betting, if any of the following conditions occur during the race, the member's bet will remain in the 'Dangerous Situation - Pending Confirmation' status. The definition of a dangerous situation is:

• Penalty Kick
• Free kick (free kick by the attacking team near the defending team's penalty area).
• Corner kick / Throw-in (Throw-in from the attacking team near the defending team's penalty area).
• Team A attacks near Team B's penalty area (or Team B attacks near Team A's penalty area).

The bets placed by the member will be cancelled and the amount of the bets placed by the member will be refunded in full in the following cases:

• Goals
• Red Cards

Dangerous balls will be released in the following situations, and the bets placed by members on dangerous balls will be based on the handicap, odds and amount of the bet placed at the time.

• Goal Kick.
• The ball goes back to the midfield line.
• Possession won by own team players.
• The switching of offense and defense, the original defensive side have a free kick in their backfield.

If a game or event is cancelled, interrupted or delayed and does not restart within 36 hours of the official designated kickoff time, all bets on that event will be considered void and cancelled unless otherwise specified in the individual sports rules. Certain unconditionally terminated handicaps will be settled accordingly. The settlement procedure for such handicaps is described in the individual sports rules. The outcome of the company's cancellation of all betting orders for that event is considered final without reference to the official tournament referee or the decision of the relevant authority. Parlay betting will continue to be settled according to the outcome of the remaining races on the betting list and the odds for that cancelled race will be calculated at 1.

Over/under bets will only be settled if there is a clear result prior to the interruption and if there are no subsequent circumstances that would significantly affect the outcome of the event.

The tie-breaker rule applies to all markets with multiple winners or champions (based on the information shown in the market), for example, if a handicap for an event produces 2 or more winners, then the winnings will be reduced. This is calculated by dividing the principal by the number of winners and multiplying it by the original odds. This portion of the principal and winnings will be returned to the member and the remainder of the principal will be lost.

Parlay: using European odds [including principal] - select two or more races in a single betting slip, each race selected in the slip must win to be considered a winning parlay, as long as one of the races loses, the slip is a loss.

A multiple combination parlay refers to combining multiple individual bets into a single bet, with a minimum of 3 events and a maximum of 8 events. Multiple combination parlays allow for some margin of error. If one event results in a loss, all individual parlays that include that event will be considered a loss, and the stake will be deducted. The remaining individual parlays will continue to be calculated as either a win or a loss.

The bets must be on specified events, any ties, cancelled bets, any bets that did not produce a winning or losing result, bets that failed, bets against bets, any sports bets with Hong Kong odds below 0.75 / European odds below 1.75 are not counted as valid bets (parlay does not participate in this activity), and bets that are not valid bets are not counted as negative earnings;
